Regular Livestock Auctions
Central Livestock is the largest shareholder of the Taupo Saleyard complex. In August 2007 a Liveweight selling system was installed in the cattle complex.
The Taupo Saleyards are capable of handling up to 2,000 Cattle on any given day.

Since 1995 regular sale days have been established and are well supported by the local farming community with a growing number of farmers from outlying areas utilizing the yards as well.
Cattle Sales / Weaner Fairs / Boner Cow Sales
Cattle Sales are held at the Taupo Saleyard Complex on every 2nd Monday during the Spring, Summer & Autumn months
These sales have become well known with buyers regularly attending from outlying areas such as the King Country, Waikato, Bay of Plenty & Hawkes Bay
Live Online bidding is provided in partnership with the Bidr online auction system
Fairs are annual special sales held annually
